Here are seven stars to guide us, <\/span>
\ninspired by the Prayer of St. Francis,<\/span>
\nand focused on the inward path of every heart:<\/span><\/p>\n

FOR THE SAKE OF MY OWN WELL BEING<\/span>
\nAND FOR THE SAKE OF EVERYONE\u2019S WELL BEING\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0This moment and this day<\/span>
\nmay I walk the path <\/span>
\nfrom blind anger to calm awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0This moment and this day<\/span>
\nmay I walk the path <\/span>
\nfrom obsessive resentment<\/span>
\nto expansive forgiveness.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0This moment and this day<\/span>
\nmay I walk the path <\/span>
\nfrom paralyzing fear <\/span>
\nto courage inspired by love.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0This moment and this day<\/span>
\nmay I walk the path <\/span>
\nfrom doubt about external security <\/span>
\nto faith in the Power of Life within me,<\/span>
\nthe same Power that makes all things new.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.\u00a0This moment and this day<\/span>
\nmay I walk the path <\/span>
\nfrom the isolation of seeing everyone as a threat,<\/span>
\nto the community of embracing everyone as kin.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0This moment and this day<\/span>
\nmay I walk the path, <\/span>
\nfrom embarrassment and humiliation<\/span>
\nin the eyes of others <\/span>
\nto remembering that we are all evolving stardust,<\/span>
\ncapable of turning every mistake<\/span>
\ninto an opportunity to grow.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. \u00a0This moment and this day<\/span>
\nmay I walk the path, from a disappointed <\/span>
\nand wounded sense of entitlement,<\/span>
\nto a deepening gratitude for the whole wide world,<\/span>
\nfor Breath, and Earth, and Sky and Life.<\/span><\/p>\n

For each breath can be received <\/span>
\nas an amazing gift from the Universe,<\/span>
\nwaiting to be transformed<\/span>
\nthrough our journey into the Light<\/span>
\ninto something kind, creative and beautiful.<\/span><\/p>\n

May we begin <\/span>
\nwith this present breath!<\/span><\/p>\n
